Please note, Made to order items are non-returnable.

If you wish to return an item purchased on our website, you can simply do so by sending us a message at info@mimimouton.ca and clearly indicate your order number.

Please note any items should be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items received outside the limit period will not be accepted for return.

Items should be in original package with original tags.

Items that have been worn, used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

We cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in transit for return.

We undertake all refund processes upon reception of your item. Due to processing time on our end and with the payment provider, please allow between 7 to 14 business days after we have received your item.

Any delivery cost paid in connection with the order are not refundable and non-reimbursable.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you’d like to exchange your item, you will need to return the original purchase in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order. Your refund will be issued to original payment method.
