Care for your products

Our products are made with natural fibres that require special care.

Taking good care of your products is an important contributor of their durability.

Leave your wool garments to breathe at least 24 hours after wearing. This allows the natural fibres to retrieve shape and core.

Pilling is bound to happen with natural fibres. It is normal and can easily be restored with appropriate tools.

Washing

When possible, turn the product inside out to minimize abraison of the fibres in the wash.

Wool will shrink when going under big temperature changes. Always wash the garments in cold or luke warm water, according to care directions.

Prioritize handwashing. Products can be machine washed with delicate cycle when specified in care description.

Drying

Lay flat to dry. Never hang garment as it could stretch the fibres permanently. It is best to remove excess water to prevent from shrinking. Lay on dry towel to accelerate the drying process.

When laying your product to dry, make sure to shape it. This step is also called 'blocking' and is very important to keep the desired shape.

Straithening

If your delicate garment has stuborn wrinkles, hang for a short period in steamy room or use steam iron. Avoid direct heat as it could damage the fibres.

Organizing

It is best to fold your products to store in your closet. Never hang your wool clothing.
